Pays attention to detail. Willing to take on new challenges, and learn non-peoplesoft applications. Position also requires the support of several reporting tools such as Hyperion Essbase, Hyperroll OLAP tool, and Actuate. Prior experience with these tools is a major plus, but could be learned in the position depending on the candidate. Part of a team supporting EPM Financial Warehouses. Work in a large organization interacting with the business, developers, DBA's, Unix SA's and other teams. Managing and coordinating the completion of tasks as well as the priority with the business and development teams. |

Consultants with 2-5 Years of Total experience with minimum 1.5 years in PeopleSoft required. At least one end-to-end Implementation or Upgrade experience (Version 8.x) as a technical person. Experience in PeopleSoft 8 technical architecture and tools is a must. Must have exposure to at least two modules of HRMS. Must have strong Workflow, SQR and PeopleCode skills. Must be good in developing and debugging application engine programs. Good understanding and experience in component interface, component buffers & EIP. Must have business process knowledge of the core HRMS modules. Work-experience in the relevant Functional areas will be a definite advantage. Must be able to map functional requirement, transform them into technical requirement and suggest industry best-practice solutions. Must be creative, innovative, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques. |
