All candidates must have at least 3-5 years of in-depth experience. They should have an undergraduate or graduate degree,
MUST have excellent verbal and written English skills.
Knowledge of Peregrine Service Center (Ticketing system) and prior work experience providing off-shore support a US company would be desirable.
